I reworked fits, introduced performance fabric innovations, and rebranded trims, making classics feel modern without losing their soul. By refining assortments and sharpening storytelling, I kept customers engaged and sales growth strong across all categories in my range of responsibility. Red Fleece, in particular, exceeded plan season after season — proving that a little creative risk goes a long way.
